Privacy
Your saved context and session history are stored with your account. The app does not join the call. With Browser Speech selected, shared computer audio uses cloud transcription; private speech modes transcribe on your device. AI answer generation sends conversation text and attached context to the provider for the answer model you select. If you record a voice sample, only a numeric voice profile is kept with your account, not the recording; it is used only to tell your voice from the other person's on the same microphone, and you can delete it in Settings at any time. While a voice sample is saved and the microphone is set to detect the speaker automatically, microphone audio is sent to our server to compare it with that profile, including in on-device speech modes; this audio is not stored.
Account deletion
In the MagicInterview mobile app, open Settings, choose Delete account, enter your password, then choose Delete account permanently. Your account and associated app data, including saved conversations, uploaded context, and files, are deleted after you confirm. If you cannot access the app, email support@magicinterview.ai from the address registered to your account.
Terms and responsible use
Use MagicInterview where assistance is allowed. It does not impersonate you, bypass meeting controls or make decisions on your behalf.
